• unsuccessful job applicants – 12 months from the date the recruitment campaign closes (unless you consent to longer for future opportunities)
• successful candidates – information becomes part of your personnel file and is retained according to our Employee Privacy Notice
• marketing/PR contact data – until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe

At the end of the retention period, we securely delete or anonymise the data

We may transfer personal data outside the UK. Where we do, we ensure an adequate level of protection by using:

• UK Government adequacy regulations
• International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or
• UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
