Ideal Home Show Scotland 2026, delivers its most dynamic event yet

Record-breaking partnerships, the launch of Money Village, and four unforgettable days of inspiration cement Ideal Home Show Scotland’s status as Scotland’s premier home and lifestyle event.

Ideal Home Show Scotland, powered by Tomorrow Energy, has wrapped up its most ambitious and dynamic event to date, welcoming thousands of visitors to the SEC Glasgow for four days packed with inspiration, innovation, expert advice, and unforgettable experiences.

Held from 22–25 May, Scotland’s biggest home and lifestyle event transformed the SEC into the ultimate destination for homeowners, renovators, design enthusiasts and families, showcasing the very best in interiors, home improvement, gardens, food, lifestyle, and personal finance.

A standout addition for 2026 was the launch of the new Money Village, a brand-new show section created in partnership with Royal Bank of Scotland and MoneyMatiX. The pioneering addition proved an instant hit with visitors, offering trusted financial guidance through expert-led talks, one-to-one consultations and an entirely new content hub, the Money Village Stage. The introduction of a third stage significantly expanded the show’s offering and reflected growing consumer demand for accessible advice on everything from home improvements and mortgages to long-term financial wellbeing.

The 2026 edition also welcomed its highest-ever number of partners, underlining the continued strength and influence of the Ideal Home Show Scotland brand. Through year-round content, campaigns and partnerships, the show continues to build an engaged community that connects homeowners, experts and brands.

The celebrity line-up drew strong audiences across the show’s stages, with appearances from Banjo Beale and his husband Ro, Anna Campbell-Jones, Danny Campbell, Laura Hamilton, Sarah Rankin, Dean Edwards, property experts Scarlette and Stuart Douglas, and more. Visitors enjoyed expert advice spanning interiors, renovation, property, food and lifestyle, helping them turn ideas into reality for their own homes.

The much-loved Show Home once again proved to be one of the event’s most popular attractions, bringing together leading brands and design inspiration under one roof. New features The Bark Yard, created in partnership with The Style Makers and Dogs Trust, and The Staycation Garden, sponsored by Heavenly Hot Tubs, also received a fantastic response from visitors, showcasing innovative approaches to pet-friendly outdoor living and relaxation, and reflecting the growing importance of designing homes and gardens for every member of the family.

Alongside the home and lifestyle offering, the Eat & Drink Festival, sponsored by HexClad, delivered another successful year, with packed demonstration theatres, artisan producers and interactive experiences creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the show.

Official charity partner Erskine Veterans Charity also played a significant role throughout the show, celebrating its 110th anniversary with engaging displays, performances and activities that helped raise awareness of its ongoing support for veterans and their families across Scotland.

Darren Brechin, Show Director, said: “Ideal Home Show Scotland 2026, has been our most ambitious show yet. The response from visitors, exhibitors, partners and sponsors has been incredibly positive. It’s fantastic to see the show continuing to evolve alongside the needs of today’s homeowners while remaining a trusted destination for inspiration, advice and expertise.

“The success of this year’s event is a testament to the commitment of our exhibitors, partners, sponsors and the wider team who work tirelessly to bring the show to life. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together and are already looking ahead to building on this momentum in 2027.”
